Client portal terms of use for Mr Ocean Cargo.
1. Your account
Your portal account is personal to you or your company. Keep your password private; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
2. Shipment information
Tracking updates, dates and locations shown in the portal are the best information available to us at the time and can change with carrier, port and customs conditions. They are not a guarantee of a delivery date.
3. Invoices and payment
Invoices are payable by the due date shown, using the payment methods listed on the invoice. Cargo may be held until outstanding invoices are settled.
4. Notifications
By using the portal you agree to receive shipment, invoice and account messages by WhatsApp, SMS or email at the contact details on your profile. Keep them up to date.
5. Privacy
We use your details only to move and bill your cargo and to support you. We do not sell them. Contact us to correct or remove your information.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept it.
